Max Life Insurance from India asked Pheonix Events Thailand to manage their three day Phuket convention. We kicked the event off with a full moon party theme at the fantastic O2 Beach Club at Chalong Pier. Max Life had their own games and activities prepared, complimented by sexy dancers from Pheonix Events as well as UV body painting for all the guests who wanted to get funky.

The 2nd day was an awards ceremony and gala dinner hosted by The Hilton Arcadia, Phuket. the Pheonix Events’ tech team organised line array sound, a laser lighting display plus three projector screens each 4m X 3m and a 15m backdrop. The famous performing arts team known as the “Giant Skirt Show” kept guests entertained as well as UV dancers and one of India’s favourite DJs.

The 3rd and final day of this Phuket Convention was the conference – also at the Hilton Arcadia, with a James Bond theme, seeing the Company CEO arriving on a Harley Davidson.
