This one week Thailand Convention for Joy Main from China was one of Pheonix Events largest events in recent years. With over 6000 guests and delegates this was a true test of our logistic and management skills. With three days of conferencing at the Siam Niramit Bangkok and The Golden Dome Cabaret Hall and four nights of gala dinners at Nong Nuch Garden in Pattaya.
Pheonix Events supplied 15,000 Ansilumen projectors, with five screens – the biggest being 6m X 4.5m. A 15m backdrop was designed by Pheonix’ creative team of designers and our tech crew organised a Line Array PA system. The end of each evening saw a fireworks display and floating lantern release. Traditional Thai dancing was a part of every day as well as parades and even a baby elephant. This one week event went off without a single hiccup and Pheonix Events are proud to add this to our list of successful events and satisfied clients.
